Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Captain located in Hyderabad. The Restaurant Captain will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen, ensuring standards of hygiene and safety, and handling customer complaints. The Restaurant Captain will also assist in training new employees and maintaining inventory and supplies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in inventory management and maintaining supplies
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Should be physically fit and be able to stand for long periods
