Job Title : L2 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day Level 2 (L2) support to enterprise clients.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues based on application logs configurations and error reports .
Escalate and assign tickets to L3 / development teams and follow up until resolution.
Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely closure of incidents and service requests .
Perform production release deployments validation and post-deployment monitoring .
Work with internal teams to enforce quality improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to SLA timelines accurate ticket documentation and status reporting.
Be flexible with working hours including extended or rotational shifts if needed.
Technical Skills Required
Basic SQL query knowledge (select join update statements).
Proficiency in MS Excel — especially VLOOKUP Pivot Tables and formatting .
Familiarity with ticketing tools / ITSM platforms (e.g. Jira Freshdesk or ServiceNow).
Basic understanding of enterprise software systems and API / integration workflows is an advantage.
