Travel Coordinator [Apply Now]

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport).
• Liaise with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and ensure timely bookings.
• Maintain travel records, itineraries, and expense reports.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints.
• Assist employees with visa processing, travel insurance, and documentation.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel support.
• Monitor travel budgets and provide monthly reports to management.
• Collaborate with HR and Admin for travel-related onboarding / offboarding processes.
