Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day interactions and endorsement requests (additions, deletions, corrections) with accuracy and speed.
Build and strengthen client relationships through regular reviews (weekly / monthly / quarterly), proactive engagement, and quick resolution of escalations.
Analyse client data and feedback to improve adoption, experience, and product strategy, while acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
Drive product penetration and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value and deepen partnerships.
Execute client engagement and retention plans to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Expertise & Qualifications
Prior experience in Insurance / Broking / TPA is mandatory.
Strong understanding of client servicing and customer delight principles.
1–3 years of experience in sales / key account management / relationship management or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen, present and influence effectively.
Strong negotiation skills with consistent follow-through with clients and vendors.
Proven record of delivering client solutions and achieving business goals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
