Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location : Bangalore

Job Summary :

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various roles within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from job requisition to job offer acceptance.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.

Create complex reports that utilize VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other formulas to automate data extraction and presentation.

Build dashboards, pivot tables, and charts to visualize data for easier interpretation by non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, including active sourcing and networking.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
