- Analyze and map end-to-end customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities and build user stories for backlog refinement
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior, feedback, and usage patterns to inform product decisions and measure impact. You will be comfortable in exploring multiple data sources and finding the right data source, build the right logic and monitor the metric for impact
- Engage in defining, tracking, and reporting of key metrics and OKRs
- Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives
- Participate in regular reviews of product performance and customer feedback to recommend enhancements and optimizations
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :
- 5+ years of experience in product, tech or science roles, with a minimum 2 years in hands on data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to pull and analyze data (SQL - Must have)
- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering impactful solutions.
- Strong skills in collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams, and effectively communicating product goals, priorities, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of the technical aspects of product development, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed decision-making regarding technical trade-offs.
- Experience in working within agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage product backlogs, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
- Ability to identify root cause over symptom problems, formulate real problem statements and address product challenges creatively and efficiently, ensuring that solutions align with both user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation, and incorporate these insights into the product roadmap.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills :
- Experience in banking or financial domain
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Statistical rigor is good to have.
