Job Objective :
To build strong scientific and professional relationships with gynaecologists and women's health practitioners, promoting Vitagoli's premium nutraceutical and wellness range. The role focuses on driving doctor prescriptions, ensuring product awareness, and establishing brand credibility across clinics and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Doctor Engagement & Product Promotion
- Visit gynaecologists, obstetricians, fertility specialists, and women's health clinics as per the daily call plan.
- Detail the scientific benefits, ingredients, and mechanisms of action of Vitagoli's products (e.g., Hair Nail Skin, Menopause, Stress, Sexual Wellness, Natural Brightening, Bones & Joints).
- Distribute Leave Behind Literatures (LBLs).
- Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and small clinic sessions to educate doctors and their staff.
2. Market Development
Identify and onboard new doctors, nursing homes, and diagnostic centres for regular engagement.Gather field intelligence on competitor products, market dynamics, and prescriber behavior.Ensure territory coverage and achieve monthly call frequency targets.3. Sales & Business Growth
Generate prescriptions and ensure product conversions at pharmacy counters.Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to maintain adequate stock and supply in the assigned territory.Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.4. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate doctor visit records, call reports, and territory performance data.Adhere to company compliance, ethical promotion, and FSSAI guidelines.Skills Required
