Job Description :

As a Trainee Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and driving prescription growth. You will undergo structured training to develop your product knowledge, communication, and field skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop thorough understanding of assigned products and therapeutic segments

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare staff

Conduct product presentations and promotional activities

Achieve sales and business objectives within assigned territory

Collect market intelligence and maintain accurate documentation

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education : B. Pharm or B.Sc. degree (Life Sciences)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, positive, and willing to learn
