About the Role Devdoot, India's fast-growing emergency health-tech platform, is seeking a results-oriented Medical Representative to expand our network of healthcare partners. In this role, you will be the bridge between Devdoot and the medical community, responsible for promoting our digital services and onboarding providers such as hospitals, clinics, doctors, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers. This is a key field-based position focused on building relationships and driving the adoption of our platform in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities : Promote and demonstrate Devdoot's digital services to prospective healthcare partners. Identify, sign up, and successfully onboard new partners to the platform. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all stakeholders. Distribute marketing materials and execute local campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Track and report on territory performance metrics, goals, and market feedback. Assist in organizing community health events and awareness drives. Requirements & Qualifications : Experience : 1-4 years in field sales. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred;candidates with an FMCGbackground will be considered. Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-motivated, target-driven professional. Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the local healthcare network is highly advantageous. Languages : Proficiency in Hindi and English is required. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Tools : Must possess a two-wheeler and a smartphone with an active internet connection. Education : A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, BBA, or a related field is preferred.
