About the Role :
We are looking for a brand-first marketer who can elevate Freight Tiger’s presence in the logistics and enterprise supply chain ecosystem. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for creating high-quality content, strengthening brand positioning, and driving strong storytelling across our digital and customer-facing channels.
You will collaborate closely with product, sales, design, and leadership teams to ensure every touchpoint communicates value with clarity, confidence, and consistency. Execution support is available through design partners and external agencies.
Key responsibilities :
Brand Strategy and Messaging
- Strengthen and evolve Freight Tiger’s positioning and voice
- Translate product value-prop and market insights into messaging that resonates with enterprise audiences
Content Development
Create and manage content across website, blogs, case studies, email, and social channelsInterview internal and external stakeholders to build compelling narrativesMaintain a strong editorial calendar aligned to business prioritiesDigital Brand Experience
Own LinkedIn channel communication for brand, product, and leadershipDevelop content for email and WhatsApp engagement campaignsOptimize website content for relevance and clarityCustomer Advocacy
Build proof assets including customer stories and testimonialsWork with account teams to identify storytelling opportunitiesEvents and Brand Experiences
Support branded experiences including conferences, roundtables, webinarsEnsure event messaging and content reflect brand positioningInternal Enablement
Enable sales and customer teams with decks, messaging guides, and brand assetsEnsure consistency in how FT is represented across touchpointsPreferred qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldMBA or PGDM in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a strong advantage5–7 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, Logistics-tech or technology-led environmentsStrong writing and storytelling skills with content samples to showcase workUnderstanding of email and WhatsApp content engagementFamiliarity with CRM and content publishing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho CRM, CMS platformsBasic understanding of analytics to improve content effectivenessFamiliarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma for content and collateral creation is a plusExcellent verbal communication, collaboration, and project management skills
