Role Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by effectively engaging with potential business clients.
You will play a crucial role in the sales cycle, from prospecting to lead qualification and appointment setting.
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inside sales activities, and managing customer interactions and relationships. Tasks include identifying sales opportunities, making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and achieving sales targets.
Effective communication with clients and team members is also a key responsibility, as it enables the provision of excellent customer service.
