Senior Project Associate

Job descriptionUnderstand project scope, goals, and deliverables clearly Communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders timely and clearly Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths Assist project team in planning and scheduling timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Liaise continuously with project stakeholders Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documents, and presentations Determine status report frequency and content, analyze results, and troubleshoot problems Define project success criteria and communicate them throughout the project lifecycle Conduct project post-mortems and prepare recommendations reports to improve future projects Develop best practices and tools for effective project execution and management
Must Have :
- Any Graduate with 6+ years experience in project management, ideally in web / digital projects
- Experience with project management tools and MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Passion for networking and staying updated with technology trends
- Skilled in researching project-related issues and learning new concepts
- Experience in Life Sciences domain is a plus
- Strong expertise in MS Excel
