We are looking for enthusiastic Robotics Trainers with a strong STEM background to join our team. If you have a passion for teaching kids , a keen interest in technology and robotics , and enjoy making learning interactive and fun, this role is for you. As a Robotics Trainer , you will teach students how to build and program robots, fostering creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills through hands-on projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead robotics classes for children aged 8+ in schools and in-office sessions
- Teach robotics concepts and programming using platforms like Arduino , Raspberry Pi , and other hands-on technologies
- Guide students in building and programming robots, with projects involving Arduino , Raspberry Pi , and programming languages like Scratch , Python , or C++
- Create an engaging, interactive, and inclusive learning environment for students
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
- Organize robotics exhibitions , competitions , and showcase student projects
- Maintain teaching materials, kits, and robotics project kits
- Report to the assigned school and collaborate with educators to deliver the curriculum
- Conduct in-office sessions to ensure a hands-on, dynamic learning experience
- Communicate regularly with parents on student progress and project outcomes
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all activities and projects
Requirements :
1-2 years of experience in the STEM field, with a focus on robotics or related disciplinesBachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., BCA , BSc in Computer Science , B.Tech , MCA ), or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of robotics , Arduino , Raspberry Pi , and programming languages like Scratch , Python , and C++Experience with hands-on robotics platforms such as Arduino , Raspberry Pi , and other educational robotics toolsStrong ability to explain complex robotics and programming concepts in a simple and engaging wayPatience , creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching kids and inspiring curiosity in technologyExcellent communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for young learnersWillingness to report to assigned schools and work with students in both school and office settingsPreferred Skills :
