Job Description : Robotics Trainer

We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Robotics Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for Robotics, Coding, and STEM principles . They will be dynamic, able to engage students remotely, and capable of translating complex engineering concepts into fun, hands-on learning experiences for kids.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Deliver Live Remote Instruction : Provide engaging, direct instruction to students on robotics, coding, and basic mechanics via online platforms.
Simplify Complex Concepts : Translate advanced concepts (like sensors, actuators, and programming logic) into clear, simple, and exciting lessons suitable for various age groups.
Curriculum Application : Utilize appropriate teaching materials, techniques, and practical assessments to ensure conceptual learning, aligning with LMES's application-based philosophy.
Progress Monitoring : Monitor student progress, troubleshoot project issues remotely, and provide individualized support and assistance as needed.
Lesson Preparation : Prepare and maintain daily lesson plans and learning objectives for each remote class, incorporating robotics projects and challenges.
Professional Communication : Communicate effectively with students, parents, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner, using the required regional language (Telugu / Hindi) and English.

Requirements and Skills :

Degree : Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline .

Technical Proficiency : Strong, practical knowledge of microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi) , basic circuitry, sensor integration, and block / text-based programming (e.g., Scratch, Python basics).

Instructional Adaptability : Proven ability to handle and engage different age groups (K-12) in a remote setting .

Language Fluency : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, PLUS mandatory fluency in either Telugu or Hindi.

Tech Literacy : Familiarity with online teaching platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and shared Google Workspace products.

Communication Style : Ability to present complex technical information in clear, engaging, and enthusiastic ways to children.

Advantage : Proven experience as a Teacher, Trainer, or Tutor in Robotics, Coding, or STEM is an added advantage.
