Job Description
We are looking for a Robotics Simulation Engineer with hands-on expertise in simulation, motion planning, and robotic software development. The candidate should have strong experience with ROS2, Isaac Sim, and robotic motion planning frameworks .
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement robotics simulation workflows using Isaac Sim and ROS2 .Design and configure robotic models using URDF / SRDF for simulation and control.Apply kinematics and dynamics concepts (forward / inverse kinematics, Jacobians, motion planning).Implement control algorithms such as PID controllers , trajectory tracking, and feedback loops.Integrate and simulate sensors (LiDAR, Cameras, IMUs) for robotics applications.Develop custom ROS2 packages in Python and C++.Configure and implement MoveIt for motion planning, collision checking, and grasp planning.Set up ROS-Bridge for connecting Isaac Sim with ROS for real-time simulation.Perform physics-based simulation using PhysX (contact dynamics, constraints, forces).Manage codebase and collaboration using Git and containerize workflows with Docker .Technical Expertise
