Job Description

Candidate required for field sales. Responsibilities include advising clients on prices and mortgages, showing properties, preparing and reviewing contracts, and guiding clients through the closing process. Key responsibilities

Client management : Identify and develop relationships with clients, understand their needs, and represent their interests in real estate transactions.

Market analysis : Conduct research to advise clients on market conditions, property values, and competitive pricing.

Property marketing : Create property listings, take photos, host open houses, and promote properties through various channels to attract buyers or renters.

Negotiation : Present offers to sellers, facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, and help secure the best possible terms for clients.

Document management : Prepare and review purchase agreements, deeds, rental agreements, and other necessary contracts and documents.

Transaction support : Guide clients through the entire closing process, coordinating with other professionals like mortgage lenders, inspectors, and attorneys.
