This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for a highly skilled and innovative Manager - Nutraceutical Products to lead the development of new formulations, especially in powder formats, premixes, and nutri-mixes. You'll bring hands-on product development experience and a strong grasp of FSSAI regulations, driving projects from concept through to successful commercialization.

Key Responsibilities :

• New Product Development : Formulate and develop innovative nutraceutical products, focusing on powders, premixes, and nutri-mixes.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all products comply with FSSAI regulations and other applicable quality standards.
• Ingredient Management : Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality raw materials and evaluate functional ingredients.
• Process Optimization : Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance product stability, shelf-life, and sensory characteristics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate with R&D, quality assurance, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches.
• Market Trend Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, new ingredients, and scientific advancements within the nutraceutical industry.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed records of formulations, trials, stability studies, and regulatory approvals.
