Our organization seeks a proactive HR Specialist to oversee onboarding, payroll, and compliance for our US workforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and system setup.
- Coordinate payroll processing accurately and on time using ADP or Paycom systems.
- Ensure full compliance with California labor laws and maintain accurate HR records.
- Administer benefits programs, handle enrollments, and respond to employee inquiries.
- Maintain HRIS data and generate management reports.
Job Requirements :
