Manage the onboarding, payroll and compliance functions for our US workforce with strong knowledge of labor laws and experience with HRIS systems like ADP or Paycom.
Key Responsibilities :
- Document and set up system configurations
- Coordinate timely and accurate payroll processing using ADP, Paycom or similar platforms
- Maintain full compliance with labor laws and update records
- Administer benefits programs, handle enrollments and respond to employee inquiries
- Update and generate management reports from HRIS data
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements & Skills :
