Role Description

We’re looking for a mid-level Account Manager with 3–4 years of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency . The role involves managing client communication, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, and maintaining overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in account management or client servicing within an advertising or digital agency
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.).
• Ability to translate client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.
• A proactive approach to managing projects and solving problems.
• Familiarity with tools and data-oriented approaches for campaign optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field, with prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Passion for ensuring client satisfaction and delivering measurable results
