Key responsibilities
- Client relationship management : Act as the main point of contact, build strong relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
- Client needs and satisfaction : Understand client needs, develop and implement strategic plans to meet them, and take initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Internal coordination : Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing, project management) to ensure the successful and timely delivery of products or services that meet client objectives.
- Account growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, upsell products and services, and contribute to sales quotas.
- Reporting and forecasting : Prepare and deliver reports on account status, track key account metrics, and provide forecasts.
- Issue resolution : Handle client requests and resolve issues or escalations as needed.
