Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize impactful dashboards and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Tableau , complex SQL , and data governance best practices. This role requires close collaboration with business analysts, data engineers, and key stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Optimize dashboard performance and user experience using best practices in Tableau and SQL.
• Write and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from various sources.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Maintain and enhance data models , ensuring accuracy, integrity, and scalability.
• Implement and follow data governance, data quality, and metadata standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for dashboards, data models, and reporting processes.
• Provide support and training to end-users to ensure consistent and effective use of reporting tools.
• Participate in code reviews, QA processes, and performance tuning activities.
