Job Title : Tableau Lead

Experience : 7+Yrs

Technical Skills Required :

  • Tableau Expertise : Mastery of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server.
  • Data Architecture & ETL : Strong knowledge of data design, modeling, and ETL processes.
  • SQL & Databases : Proficiency in SQL; hands-on with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
  • Data Integration : Ability to integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau.
  • Performance Optimization : Experience in optimizing dashboard performance for large datasets.
  • Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms.

Soft Skills & Training :

  • Mentorship : Experience mentoring and training junior analysts, especially teams in Pune.
  • Collaboration : Excellent communication and teamwork across cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Problem Solving : Strong troubleshooting abilities in ETL workflows and Tableau environments.
  • Documentation : Skilled at creating clear, user-friendly internal and external documentation.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor junior team members in Pune, supporting their professional growth.
  • Design and implement scalable Tableau dashboards and data solutions.
  • Optimize Tableau environments for high performance and scalability.
  • Conduct technical training, workshops, and 1 : 1 mentorship session.
