- Nova Regency – A premium serviced apartment brand in Koramangala, Bangalore, offering long-stay comfort with boutique-style hospitality.
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist who can drive growth, manage campaigns, and build strong customer and partner relationships across both verticals.
Key Responsibilities
For Tempe Wala (FMCG) :
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, influencer, and community-building).Drive D2C sales through website, WhatsApp commerce, and social platforms.Manage catalog, product listings, and brand presence on e-commerce & q-commerce platforms (e.g., Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Amazon, etc.).Plan and execute sampling campaigns, events, and collaborations with gyms, cafés, and vegan communities.Track performance (CAC, repeat orders, campaign ROI) and optimize spend.For Nova Regency (Hospitality) :
Build and execute strategies to increase occupancy & long-term bookings .Manage listings across Google, OTAs, , and social channels .Create partnerships with corporates, relocation consultants, and travel desks for bulk or recurring stays.Coordinate with property management to ensure marketing aligns with guest experience.Develop local community marketing initiatives (e.g., wellness events, café tie-ups, co-living offers).General / Shared Duties :
Manage paid ads (Google, Meta, ), SEO, and performance reporting.Handle brand communications, creatives, and consistent storytelling across platforms.Coordinate with external agencies / freelancers (designers, content creators, photographers).Prepare monthly sales & marketing reports with actionable insights.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.2–5 years of experience in FMCG / hospitality / D2C marketing preferred.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, campaigns).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Hands-on with content creation, Canva / Adobe tools, and social media management .Comfortable with sales + marketing hybrid role (both strategy + execution).Startup / entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, resourceful, and target-oriented.What We Offer
