IT Governance Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance Lead to oversee governance frameworks, service management operations, and compliance initiatives in alignment with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 standards.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping IT governance strategy, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and enabling continuous improvement across IT functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage IT governance frameworks and operations in alignment with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Oversee policy development, compliance tracking, and IT service management continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate IT risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure IT processes support organizational goals.
• Maintain and manage the IT governance calendar, including governance forums, meetings, and action tracking.
• Provide expert guidance on governance best practices, control mechanisms, and compliance frameworks.
• Prepare governance documentation, dashboards, and reports for senior management, risk committees, and audit boards.
