We are looking for an Admin Executive to join our team at [Company Name], an engineering company located in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative functions, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including handling emails, phone calls, and office correspondence.
- Maintain and organize company records and files (both physical and electronic).
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Support the HR department with onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare and manage internal reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle office documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.
- Act as a point of contact between different departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth office operations and assist with any other administrative functions as required.
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Admin Executive or in a similar role.Good knowledge of office software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
