Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused

Career Counsellor

with strong communication skills and expertise in

career guidance, psychometric assessments, and abroad education counselling . The role involves guiding students to identify suitable academic and career paths, interpreting psychometric test results, and providing assistance for higher education opportunities in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to help students identify their interests, skills, and career goals.

Administer and interpret

psychometric and aptitude assessments ; prepare reports and provide analysis-based guidance.

Provide end-to-end

career counselling

and

abroad education guidance

— including university selection, course mapping, and application process.

Stay updated with global education trends, admission requirements, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities.

Collaborate with departments, placement cell, and external education partners for student development programs.

Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions on career planning and higher education.

Maintain student counselling records and progress reports.

Support students in building resumes, SOPs, and interview preparation for admissions and internships.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Excellent

English communication and presentation skills

(verbal and written).

Strong interpersonal and listening skills with empathetic and student-centric approach.

Sound knowledge of

psychometric tools , interpretation, and analysis.

Understanding of

international education systems

(USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).

Ability to handle confidential student information professionally.

Proficiency in MS Office and online communication platforms.
