Responsible for calling leads for admission and following the process of updating the status
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
Build a strong relationship / trust with students by understanding their requirements
Explaining the course in detail, understanding the student requirements, and encouraging them to enroll in the course
Coordination with the faculties and scheduling of sessions, sending the schedules to students and faculties, raising invoices, and following the system defined. - Maintaining MIS and cost sheets as per the process.
Address all the issues / grievances of students and provide the right guidance
Capture the insights from students interactions and share them with the internal team in order to help with marketing and reaching out to major audiences.

Presentable
Student Orientation / counselling
English language communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer skills like MS Excel, Word, google meet and google sheets.
