About the role

New Image Laundry is a laundry with a purpose - where exceptional service meets social impact. Our Laundry Manager leads our social enterprise which provides a commercial laundry service across the Wide-Bay Burnett Region.

What you'll be doing

• Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional service
• Generating new business and service agreements
• Producing quotes for new business and reviewing existing service agreements and prices
• Providing direction to laundry staff
• Managing the budget and providing monthly performance reporting
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a positive, team environment
