Job Description

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and capturing requirements, documenting and relaying those to the Technology team members.
• Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits from the existing (as-is) and proposed (to-be) solutions and outlining their impact on business.
• Writing concepts, functional design, user stories and acceptance criteria’s, use cases and business process design / requirement documents.
• Being involved in implementation, training, and testing of the solutions
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
• Building relationships with customers at ground level and mid management level, to help manage the account, with support from the Program / Implementation Manager / Lead.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Experience : 7+ Years

Location : Hyderabad

Working mode : Hybrid, 3 days in a week
