Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Analyst, New Ventures with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai or Delhi.

The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of identifying and validating new business opportunities in the dynamic healthcare and health-tech space.

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a new venture, from initial ideation and market analysis to developing business plans, creating financial models, and working with founders to launch the business.

This role is perfect for a curious and proactive individual who enjoys both deep research and direct engagement with experts and customers.

Key Assessment and Ideation :

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the healthcare and health-tech sectors to identify opportunities for disruption.
• Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to analyze market trends and identify new business ideas.
• Network with key experts across the healthcare domain to gather insights and refine concepts.
• Develop comprehensive business plans for innovative ideas and document all research and learnings in a structured manner.
