The Data and Analytics team is pivotal for delivering this vision. The team acts as a center of excellence to provide accurate and timely data analytics to drive personalized and innovative product offerings to customers. The team works closely with all business units (product, sales), functional stakeholders (e. g., credit, operations, Journey Excellence), technology teams (IT team and vendors), and external partners (e. g. DSAs, agencies) to deliver impact on key business metrics through data and :
- Incumbent will set up a new team. This team will work on the transformation of various processes in the Bank by leveraging Gen AI and Traditional AI-led automation.
- Incumbent will identify and hire high-quality analysts to be a part of the team.
- Incumbent will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including Operations, Underwriting, and various Product teams, to identify day-to-day activities that are manual and repetitive.
- The objective is to automate most of these activities.
- Scope out activities that can be taken up for automation (repetitive / activities requiring limited human intelligence).
- Working with the Data Engineering team to ensure all the data required to automate these activities is available in the Data Lake.
- Use Gen AI-based solutions to automate activities that require some human intelligence.
- Use traditional solutions (like Airflow) to automate activities that do not require human intelligence (like report generation).
- Prepare and present progress reports periodically to Senior :
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of coding languages like Python / PySpark.
- Experience in automation pipelines is a plus.
- Experience in Gen AI is a plus.
