Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves gathering and analyzing data across various business functions, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through effective reporting and business insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, interpret, and analyze data to derive business insights and track KPIs across departments.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and technology teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and proposals.
• Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements for technical teams.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
• Support business case development and proposal evaluations.
