Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview :

Maintenance Engineers are responsible for executing daily activities of the plant maintenance program, adhering to best practices in the manufacturing industry and maintaining breakdown reports, spare part management, and maintenance history of equipment.

The role involves performing CNC , PLC , Hydraulic , Pneumatic & utility maintenance of machines, monitoring Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and following vendors for breakdown activities.

Detailed analysis of breakdown tickets and root cause analysis reports are prepared to make action plans for preventing breakdowns. Additionally, Maintenance Engineers work on industrial automation and power saving projects, perform preventive maintenance according to schedules, monitor spare parts inventory, and maintain safety, health, and environmental policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute daily activities of the plant maintenance program
• Perform CNC, PLC, Hydraulic, Pneumatic & utility maintenance of machines
• Monitor MTTR and MTBF
• Follow vendors for breakdown activities
• Analyze breakdown tickets and prepare root cause analysis reports
