Job Description
Maintain accurate records of all residential apartment activities using the Gate App, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates.
Perform bookkeeping tasks and ensure all data entries are organized and up to date.
Demonstrate strong communication skills while interacting with residents, vendors, and management.
Receive incoming calls from residents, log complaints efficiently in the Gate App, and coordinate with concerned teams to ensure timely resolution.
Update residents once their issues are resolved, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times.
Manage the complete Move-In and Move-Out process, including documentation, coordination, and compliance checks.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and process invoices accurately.
Handle customer queries professionally, provide support, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a client-focused approach.
Act as a primary point of contact for residents, ensuring excellent customer service and positive client interactions.
