What You'll Do
As an Executive – Portal Support at LevelShift, you will :
- Handle user access requests, role assignments, and permission changes across Zoho People , Zoho Projects , and other integrated portals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues (login errors, workflow glitches, project access issues, etc.) within defined SLAs.
- Review, configure, and implement approved changes such as fields, forms, workflows, and reports in Zoho applications.
- Coordinate with IT and vendor support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support the rollout of new features, enhancements, and integrations based on evolving business requirements.
- Perform validation and functional testing after configuration or workflow changes to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Generate and maintain regular reports or dashboards to support process audits and management reviews.
- Document resolutions, maintain change logs, and contribute to building a self-service knowledge base for users.
Your Skillset
We're looking for a Portal Support Executive with 1+ years of experience in Zoho administration, application support, or related system support functions.
Core Technical Expertise
Zoho Platform Administration & Configuration : Managing user roles, permissions, workflows, and data fields.Data Management & Reporting : Proficiency in handling data imports / exports, reports, and dashboards.Basic Scripting / Workflow Logic : Understanding of automation, rule creation, and workflow logic.Technical Troubleshooting & Ticket Management : Experience with issue triaging, root-cause analysis, and SLA-based resolution.Excel / Data Analysis : Strong Excel skills for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.Why LevelShift
