Join our team as an HR Generalist to establish and maintain HR processes, ensuring seamless people operations, compliance, and employee development.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage payroll processing, including accuracy and statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of employees, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Support audits and update HR documentation.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment from job posting to final selection.
- Develop talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies.
- Implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Manage candidate and employee databases using HR software.
- Employee Engagement & Development
- Plan engagement activities, internal communication, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support performance management cycles and feedback sessions.
- Identify learning needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing to align HR branding initiatives.
- Contribute to recruitment marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Coordinate cross-functional events and drives.
- Assist in strategizing outreach and engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or PGDM in HR being preferred. They should have 0–2 years of HR experience, strong English language skills, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, and be proactive and detail-oriented.
