Senior Functional Consultant – PeopleSoft Student Financials

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant with extensive experience in PeopleSoft Student Financials to provide remote functional support. The ideal candidate should have 8-15 years of relevant experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions with a focus on the Student Financials module.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise for the Student Financials module, including configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Design and implement functional solutions aligned with institutional policies and compliance needs.

Work closely with technical teams for issue resolution, customizations, and integrations.

Support testing cycles : Unit, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Prepare functional documentation including configuration guides, test scripts, and process flows.

Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Student Financials in upgrade / enhancement projects.

Required Skills & Experience

8-15 years of experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, with a strong focus on the Student Financials module.

Proven experience in functional configuration, testing, and production support.

Strong understanding of tuition calculation, billing, payments, refunds, waivers, and third-party contracts.
