Qualifications :

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a logistics or technology company.

Confidence and assertiveness to handle customer inquiries and situations with professionalism and poise.

Adapt quickly to processes or customer needs changes in a dynamic work environment.

Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and processes to improve performance and service delivery.

Natural curiosity to dig deeper and solve challenges, combined with a strong analytical mindset.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with diverse customer personalities.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and requirements.

High level of proactivity and ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity with ease.

Flexibility to work a schedule comprised of non-standard shifts, including evenings and Weekends.
