Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology. Certifications in ISTQB, ITIL, Agile Testing, or Release Management preferred. 10–14 years of experience in Software Testing, Release Management, or QA Governance, Hands-on experience in enterprise-scale digital systems testing and deployment (ERP, Proven experience with test automation, release planning, and CI / CD environments. Exposure to SAP testing, integration validation, and data migration testing desirable. Strong understanding of Agile / DevOps frameworks and cross-system release Define and maintain a unified test strategy and governance framework across all GMMCO digital products.
