General Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
Lead strategic O2C transformation, drive operational excellence, and deliver high-impact finance outcomes. Inspire teams, engage clients, and champion innovation across global order management, billing, collections, and cash application operations.To be inspired to inspire our clients and people so you will also be expected to :
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
o Drive the strategic roadmap for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) function, aligning with enterprise-wide objectives and digital finance transformation initiatives.
o Serve as a thought leader in Finance & Accounting, delivering impactful O2C solutions.
o Influence senior stakeholders to unlock business value and foster innovation.
End-to-End O2C Delivery Oversight
o Oversee global O2C operations to ensure high client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs / KPIs.
o Align O2C and AR delivery with broader business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
Transformation Leadership
o Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives leveraging ERP and O2C platforms.
o Develop and implement methodologies tailored to evolving client needs.
o Apply change management and transformation frameworks to modernize O2C processes and enhance delivery models.
Client Engagement & Business Development
o Identify and pursue business transformation opportunities, including crafting compelling proposals.
o Facilitate board-level workshops and strategic sessions to co-create innovative solutions with clients.
o Build and maintain high-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and transformation partner.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
o Lead and empower a global O2C team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
o Cultivate strategic partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business outcomes.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
o Uphold governance, compliance, and ethical standards across the O2C function.
o Manage risk proactively and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company-defined controls.
