- Have 12–15 years of delivery scars and stories, with at least 6 years leading cross-functional tech programs and teams.
- Think in frameworks but deliver in fire-fighting mode when required — you’re strategic and sleeves-rolled-up operational.
- Have led enterprise-level, multi-quarter delivery initiatives involving multiple teams, geographies, or techstacks.
- Build high-performing teams - setting clear goals, coaching for growth, and holding the bar high.
- Speak fluent Agile (and its dialects) - Scrum,Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid setups that actually work.
- Understand cloud-native delivery - AWS / GCP, CI / CD, DevOps, APIs, platform thinking. You know how it all connects.
- Don’t wait for escalation calls. You are the escalation whisperer who sees around corners and de-risks programs before they wobble.
- Are dangerously good at saying no. You manage scope, push back smartly, and protect delivery timelines like a boss. Love process, but not for process’ sake. You create governance models, dashboards, and operating rhythms that actually help teams ship faster and better.

Coach a team of Technical Program Managers across client onboarding, integration success, and internal delivery initiatives.Run the delivery show - manage the health of programs across product, tech, infra, QA, and business.Define & refine processes - from delivery frameworks to post-mortems, establish IDfy’s gold standard fortechnical program management.Partner with senior leadership to align delivery with business priorities, product strategy, and customer needs.Drive visibility & accountability - create dashboards, delivery scorecards, and risk trackers that cut through the noise.Solve complex delivery puzzles - handle escalations, unblock teams, and guide programs across the finish line (and overit).Continuously improve everything - how we estimate,track, collaborate, and celebrate delivery.Why IDfy?
