Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our product team and help shape the future of our logistics SaaS platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, and hardware teams to define and deliver features that integrate field data from Dot Ai's custom IoT devices into our cloud-native applications built on React.js, Node.js, Next.js, Nest.js, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements, especially those involving IoT data ingestion and visualization.
• Translate logistics workflows and customer pain points into actionable user stories and product specs.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable features using our modern tech stack (React.js, Node.js, Next.js, Nest.js, AWS).
• Coordinate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure seamless integration of field data into the SaaS platform.
• Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Stay informed on logistics industry trends, IoT innovations, and cloud architecture best practices.
