Technical Product Manager - Generative AI

Job Description :

• Drive Platform Buildout Initiatives.
• Define feature requirements for various views.
• Conduct rigorous and agile testing of implemented features.
• Prioritize features ruthlessly based on customer demands.
• Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Experience building products in healthcare / insurance is preferred, with an understanding of the needs of healthcare clients and a multi-sided ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Conduct Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine the product backlog.
• Shield the team from distractions to ensure efficient work execution.
• Track and report project progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders and management.
