Job Overview :

We are seeking a Product Manager in Applied AI for Banking & Financial Services industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong BFS experience and demonstrated ability to drive innovation and transformation.

In this role, you will lead consultative discussions with client & stakeholders, guide development of proofs of concept (POCs), ensure alignment to business objectives, and create trust & confidence to implement AI-led transformations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client teams, empowering them to explore and adopt Generative AI innovations while transforming business processes.
• Define, prioritize and own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
• Regularly assess progress, manage risks, and adjust strategies to meet evolving requirements.
• Lead the design and execution of proofs of concept (POCs), demonstrating measurable value and building the foundation for scalable solutions that leverage Generative AI.
• Reimagine business processes for the GenAI era to empower clients and effectively orchestrate transformative change.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning priorities, managing expectations, and driving consensus to meet shared goals.
• Attract, mentor, and retain top talent in engineering, product, and design, ensuring the team operates at peak performance while maintaining a collaborative and inclusive culture.
