We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
- Assist in designing compensation and benefits packages.
- Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.Skills Required
