Job descriptionDrive end-to-end RFP processes including solution design, delivery planning, and client orals Articulate solutions with clarity and confidence to CXO-level stakeholders Build trusted relationships with global Insurance clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and transformation programs Domain Expertise Apply deep knowledge of Insurance F&A processes, including Yellow Book and Blue Book standards Ensure delivery excellence tailored to regulatory and industry-specific requirements Communication & Articulation Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in RFP orals, solution presentations, and client interactions Champion clear, persuasive articulation of delivery strategies and outcomes Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor delivery teams in Gurgaon, driving performance and capability building Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Experience : 18–22 years in F&A delivery leadership, with strong exposure to Insurance domain (no manufacturing) Industry Background : Prior experience in Tier-1 Services Orgs or equivalent global organizations Domain Knowledge : Expertise in Insurance F&A processes, including RFPA, Yellow Book, Blue Book standards Communication : Proven success in RFP orals, solution articulation, and client-facing delivery leadership Leadership : Track record of managing large-scale delivery teams and leading transformation initiatives
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager – F&A Insurance Delivery to lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations across the Insurance domain. This role demands strong expertise in RFPA, solutions, and delivery across all towers , with proven experience in managing RFP processes, client orals, and communication articulation. The ideal candidate will bring deep insurance industry knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a track record of driving delivery excellence in global environments.

- Lead F&A delivery for Insurance clients across multiple towers (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, etc.)
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and transformation initiatives aligned with client expectations
