Position : QA Engineer Data & Trade Compliance

Contract Duration : 3-6 Months

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our internal team on a contract basis. The role will focus on testing data processes and ensuring compliance within trade surveillance and trade compliance systems. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the financial / trading domain, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform validation and quality checks on data across multiple layers of the pipeline.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and compliance teams to understand requirements and contribute to effective test planning.
• Execute test cases to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of trade surveillance and trade compliance systems.
• Document defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide detailed reporting on test execution and results to Skills and Qualifications :
• 3-8 years of experience in QA / testing (data or application testing).
• Strong understanding of functional testing
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced Qualifications :
• Exposure to financial services domain.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with reporting tools and test management systems.
