Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The role involves manual and automated testing , testing software on devices, API testing , and maintaining accurate documentation. The QA Engineer will also integrate testing processes with DevOps boards and test plans to streamline development and release cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct on-device testing for software installed on hardware or embedded systems.
• Perform API testing , including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation , including test cases, bug reports, and test plans.
• Track, report, and manage defects using DevOps boards or other issue tracking tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
