Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with hands-on expertise in SAP modules (specify modules based on the role). Strong knowledge of SAP implementation life cycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and support. Proficiency in SAP tools, technologies, and languages (e.g., ABAP, Fiori, HANA, SAP BW). Experience with system integration, data migration, and process automation within SAP environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in multicultural environments. Eagerness to learn new SAP technologies and continuous professional development.
You Will Be Responsible For :
- Analyzing business processes and gathering requirements to design SAP solutions that meet client needs.
- Configuring, customizing, and implementing SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, CO, SD, MM, HCM, BW, ABAP) based on business requirements.
- Conducting system testing, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support during and after implementation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other enterprise systems.
- Developing user documentation, training materials, and providing end-user training and support.
- Supporting data migration, system upgrades, and process improvements within SAP environments.
- Participating in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Ensuring compliance with SAP best practices, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
